About Our Housing Community
The Coy D. Estes Senior Housing is affordable independent living for seniors 62 and older. We have 130-unit senior living complex with one bedroom and two bedroom unfurnished apartments with private patios/balconies over looking our beautiful courtyards.
Our Independent Living residents find the services we offer to be everything they need to help make their lives comfortable, enjoyable and rewarding. 85% of the units are priced to meet the needs of low and very low-income seniors (at or below 60% of median income; see Income Limits). 15% of the units are rented at market rate to meet the housing needs of moderate-income seniors in the community.
