Waiting List

The demand for affordable senior housing assistance exceeds the limited resources available to Coy D. Estes Senior Housing. CDE Senior Housing maintains a waiting list for the program. Long waiting periods are common. In fact, CDE Senior Housing closes its waiting list when there are more families on the list than can be assisted in the near future.

 

At this time the waiting period is approximately two to three years, depending on the type of unit applied for. The waiting list is currently open. For information on how to complete an application, or to download the application, please see the Application Information page.
